No liability accepted for accidents. Ski school guests are responsible for their own accident and third-party insurance.
The course participant must truthfully and comprehensively inform Ski School Berwang about their abilities and skiing experience, as well as independently ensure that their equipment is appropriate for the current skiing techniques and external conditions.
They must also inform the ski school comprehensively about their state of health and any medical issues.
Before the lesson begins, participants must arrange for their ski equipment (especially ski bindings) to be checked by a specialist.
In case of injury or illness, a refund for tickets can only be given upon presentation of a medical certificate from a local doctor. Only the unused portion of the ticket will be refunded.
Please note that all ski courses must be paid for before lessons begin, without exception. It is only possible to pay directly at the ski school.
The ski school reserves the right to merge groups that have less than three participants.
PRIVATE LESSONS: Fixed bookings must be cancelled by 5:00 p.m. the previous day. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged.
In case of no-show at the agreed appointment or cancellation of an ongoing service, no refund will be issued.
Course extension is only possible following a completed course and upon presentation of the course ticket. Course tickets are non-transferable.
The ski school management reserves the right to change this offer, in whole or in part, if necessary.
No refunds will be given if lessons are cancelled due to bad weather conditions (force majeure). Courses will not be rescheduled.
All prices are in euros per person (including 20% VAT) and do not include cable cars, lifts, or equipment. Price lists are subject to change.
